We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of the sales process — from identifying prospects to converting them into clients.
This is not a lead-follow-up-only role. The person will be expected to actively generate opportunities through outbound sales and independently manage the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential B2B clients




Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and other tools
Conduct cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
Connect with founders, business owners, CEOs, marketing heads and other decision-makers
Understand the client's business challenges and identify potential opportunities
Present relevant Esperance services based on the client's requirements
Conduct discovery calls and sales meetings
Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and presentations
Handle objections, negotiations and commercial discussions
Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
