About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Dev Lead with 8 to 12 years of expertise in OpenStack Administration, Linux Administration, and TripleO Deployment. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in managing large-scale private cloud settings, OpenStack deployments, infrastructure automation, and enterprise cloud operations. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, cloud infrastructure expertise, and operational excellence to deliver highly available, scalable, and secure cloud platforms.

What You'll Do:
Design, deploy, administer, and maintain enterprise OpenStack settings.
Implement and manage TripleO-based OpenStack deployments and lifecycle management activities.
Manage Linux-based infrastructure supporting OpenStack cloud environments.
Configure and maintain OpenStack components including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Horizon, and Swift.
Monitor and optimize cloud platform performance, scalability,



and availability.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and storage issues.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, DevOps teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
Automate deployment, provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes.
Perform system reviews, testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production readiness assessments.
Implement security controls, governance standards, and operational best practices across cloud environments.
Support cloud upgrades, migrations, patching activities, and platform modernization initiatives.
Develop operational procedures, technical documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks.
Identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges and drive timely resolution.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across OpenStack projects.
