About Position:

We are looking for an experienced GCP DevOps Lead with 8 to 12 years of expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Migration, Infrastructure Automation, and DevOps engineering. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment practices, along with a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and production-ready enterprise solutions.

What You'll Do:
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
Lead cloud migration initiatives from on-premises and multi-cloud settings to GCP.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
Build and manage Kubernetes-based container orchestration platforms and cloud-native workloads.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.
Collaborate with development, architecture, security,



and operations teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.
Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting frameworks for cloud environments.
Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.
Automate operational processes and deployment activities to improve engineering productivity.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, platform, deployment, and application issues.
Ensure compliance with cloud security standards, governance policies, and operational best practices.
Participate in architecture reviews, production readiness assessments, and technical design discussions.
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively drive corrective actions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
