The candidate will be responsible for the physical implementation of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, ensuring compliance with technology design rules, matching requirements, and manufacturability constraints.

Develop and implement custom analog, mixed-signal, and RF layouts for advanced semiconductor technologies. N
Perform layout of critical analog blocks such as: N
Operational Amplifiers (Op-Amps) N
Bandgap Referencesn
LDO Regulators N
PLLsn
ADCs/DACs N
Charge Pumpsn
Data Converters N
Ensure proper device matching, symmetry, shielding,



and parasitic optimization. N
Conduct floorplanning and placement of analog blocks. N
Perform layout verification activities: N
DRC (Design Rule Check) N
LVS (Layout Versus Schematic) N
ERC (Electrical Rule Check) N
Antenna Checksn
Density Checks N
Extract parasitics and support post-layout simulation and signoff activities. N
Collaborate closely with circuit designers, verification engineers, and foundry teams. N
Debug and resolve layout-related issues to meet performance, area, and schedule targets. N
Follow foundry design guidelines and process-specific requirements. N
