About the Role: Cranberry. Fit is hiring full time health coaches to support our migraine care members.
nKey Responsibilities

Track member adherence to their prescribed care plan (diet, supplements, lifestyle)n
Provide personalised nutrition/lifestyle guidance to improve health outcomesn
Flag adherence gaps or concerns to our medical team as neededn
Maintain member records and outcome notesn
nRequired Qualifications

B.Sc/M.Sc Nutrition, Dietetics / MBBS / BDSn
3+ years in coachingn
D2C/healthcare experiencen
nPreferred Qualifications
n
n
Chronic condition management experience (migraine/hormonal health a plus)n
nSkills: Nutrition, dietetics, adherence tracking, lifestyle guidance, chronic condition management, migraine, hormonal health, member records
nCompensation: Competitive, based on experience.
