Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with solid exposure to the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in current client acquisition, business development, account growth, and client relationship management.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, developing a robust sales pipeline, and building long-term business relationships. We are looking for someone who understands the US staffing market and can independently drive revenue and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business and acquire new clients/logos in the US market.
Build, maintain, and continuously develop a strong sales pipeline/funnel.
Identify and approach prospective clients through multiple business development channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.




Understand clients' staffing and hiring requirements and coordinate closely with the recruitment/delivery team.
Identify opportunities to expand business with existing accounts.
Analyze US staffing market trends, competition, and potential industries to develop effective market penetration strategies.
Prepare and present business proposals in coordination with the operations and delivery teams.
Drive client retention, account growth, and repeat business.
Participate in negotiations involving contracts, commercial terms, bill rates, and consultant-related requirements.
Establish measurable sales goals, revenue targets, and KPIs with a strong focus on ROI and business growth.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients throughout the complete sales lifecycle.
