NWe are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Architect to join our team and take ownership of residential projects from concept to execution.
NKey Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations & working drawings N
Coordinate with structural, MEP & site teams N
Conduct site visits andensure execution as per drawings N
Handle client meetings,presentations & design revisions N
Review drawings and guide junior architects N
Ensure quality, timelines & design standards N

nRequirements:
N
n




B.Arch with 4–6 years of relevant experience N
Robust knowledge of residential architecture & construction N
Proficiency in AutoCAD;
SketchUp/Revit/Lumion/Enscape is a plus N
Positive communication, coordination & client-handling skills N
Ability to independently manage projects N
