Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolutionn
Schedule and manage student classesn

Prior customer service experiencen
Robust English communicationn
Bachelor's degreen
Available to work from office (in-person role)n
nTwo shift options available: Day Shift (1 PM–10 PM) and US Shift (10 PM–7 AM, one weekday off).
