NWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Counsellor to join our Coimbatore team and help students choose the right career-oriented training programs.
NKey Responsibilities

Counsel students and working specialists regarding IT courses and career opportunities. N
Understand students' educational background, career goals, and interests and recommend suitable courses. N
Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels. N
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into registrations. N
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, placement assistance, and career opportunities. N
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead status. N
Achieve monthly admission and business development targets. N




Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. N
Coordinate with trainers and the academic team for student requirements. N
Maintain proper recordsof enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and conversions. N
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities. N
Support the team in achieving overall academy growth and business objectives. N

Good convincing and counselling abilities. N
Robust follow-up and lead-conversion skills. N
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. N
Basic knowledge of IT/software courses is an added advantage. N
Ability to communicate professionally with students and parents. N
Positive knowledge of Tamiland English. N
Basic computer and MS Office/Google Workspace skills. N
