nJob Summary: The candidate shall perform day-to-day operational activities that will be conducive towards identifying new sales leads, pitching for products and/or services to potential clients and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers across all verticals of Sambodhi.
nEssential Functions
nThe candidate will perform the following key functions:

Proactively researching organizations and individuals to identify recent leads and potential current marketsn
Preparation of Tender for Research Projectsn
Preliminary screening and discussing RFPs and EOIsn
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetingsn
Documentation for BD databasen
Due diligence follow-upn
Communication with other departments (Research, HR, Finance etc)n

nDesired profile
nEducation: Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in any Social Science discipline.
nExperience: 0 – 1 year, preferably in development sector
nPersonal Competencies

Basic understanding of the social and development domain.n
Strong verbal and written communication skills.n
Flexibility to work beyond working hours, when required.n
Functional use of Microsoft Office software especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.n
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.n
