Prior experience working directly at Databricks OR with a recognized Databricks partner organization.
Hands-on understanding of the Databricks partner portal.
Practical experience with deal registration and co-sell processes.
Understanding of the Databricks Brickbuilder partner program and partner-tier requirements.
Experience managing an alliance/partner relationship with a technology vendor.
5–8 years of experience in partner management, alliance management or ecosystem management.
Robust written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work across sales, delivery, recruitment, marketing and technology teams.
Solid operational and reporting skills.
Ability to manage an ecosystem program independently rather than simply supporting sales
