About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Executive to support customer data management and enhance overall customer experience. This role focuses on maintaining CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting teams with customer insights
Key Responsibilities:
Keep customer details organized in a system
Help companies stay in touch with customers
Make sure customers are happy and come back again
Work with sales and support teams to solve customer issues
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
