Provide excellent customer service to all external and internal journal stakeholders (e.g., editors, authors, publishers, colleagues)n
Perform quality checks on recent and revised manuscript submissions following checklists and journal policy guidelinesn
Follow accurate set of workflow protocols and ensure all manuscript requirements are metn
Facilitate manuscript peer review through outreach to editors and reviewers as directedn
Use KGL's cloud-based technology as a communication and productivity tooln
Proofread and send decision letters and other correspondence to authors, editors, and reviewersn
Complete all assigned tasks during scheduled hours and meet productivity expectationsn
Be a proficient user of the manuscript management systemn
Provide editor, reviewer,



and author technical support related to submission requirements and the submission systemn
Provide assistance to newer staff who may shadow experienced colleaguesn
Utilize KGL's cloud-based technology as a communication and productivity tooln

nRequirements:

A minimum of 0 -1 year working in the editorial office of a scholarly journal or have transferrable experiencen
Proficient use of standard office technology (e.g., Microsoft Office, teleconferencing, and G Suite)n
Excellent oral and written communication skillsn
