As a Gaffneycline Sales Lead, you will be responsible for:
Leading sales force effectiveness initiatives, productivity analysis, resource allocation, territory optimization, sales incentive programs, Salesforce CRM governance, commercial planning, forecasting, and Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) processes.



Serve as the ITO focal point for business reviews and ensure data integrity across commercial and enterprise systems (CRM, SFDC, ERP, and related platforms).
Operating with a high level of accountability, resilience, and urgency in a demanding commercial setting, consistently going above and beyond to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
Managing subsurface technical and commercial discussions. Provide technical and commercial guidance to support customer requirements and business growth objectives.
Preparing technical and commercial proposals for customers
Supporting and managing medium-to-large-scale sales opportunities while ensuring alignment with regional and business objectives.
Leading India business development initiatives, including active sales pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, market expansion, customer engagement, and conversion strategies to support short- and long-term growth targets.
