The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Platform Engineer to lead the
design, implementation, modernization, and support of enterprise platform
services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate
will possess strong expertise in infrastructure engineering, platform
operations, automation, middleware, scheduling, database management, file
transfer solutions, and production support within large-scale enterprise
environments.

The role requires leadership in driving platform stability, automation,




observability, resiliency, security, and operational excellence while partnering
with business, application, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Engineering & Operations
Lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise platform
infrastructure across UNIX, Linux, and Windows settings.
Drive platform modernization initiatives including virtualization,
automation, cloud integration, and infrastructure optimization.
Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of
business-critical platforms.
Manage platform capacity planning, performance tuning, system upgrades, and
lifecycle management.
Define platform standards, operational procedures, and support models.

Infrastructure & Systems Management
Manage enterprise server environments, virtual machines (VMware/Hyper-V),
storage systems, NAS platforms, and network integrations.
