n Role Overview
nThe Placement Manager / Senior Manager is responsible for facilitating campus placements, building corporate relationships, and enhancing student employability through structured training and industry engagement.
n
n Key Responsibilities
n1. Campus Placement Management
n
n
Coordinate and execute end-to-end placement activities n
Invite companies for campus recruitment drivesn
Schedule interviews, tests, and selection processesn
Ensure smooth conduct of placement drives (online/offline)n

n2. Corporate Relations
n
n
Develop and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and industry leaders n
Identify recent companies for placement opportunitiesn
Organize industry visits, guest lectures, and networking events n

n3. Student Training & Development
n
n
Identify skill gaps and arrange:n
Aptitude trainingn
Soft skills developmentn
Technical workshopsn




Prepare students for:n
Resume buildingn
Group discussionsn
Personal interviewsn

n4. Placement Strategy & Planning
n
n
Develop placement calendars and annual strategy n
Set placement targets (number of offers, companies, packages)n
Track and improve placement statistics year-on-yearn

n5. Data Management & Reporting
n
n
Maintain student databases (eligible, placed, offers)n
Generate reports on:n
Placement statusn
Company participationn
Salary trendsn
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Admin, Faculty)n

n6. Internship Management
n
n
Facilitate internship prospects for students n
Track internship performance and conversion to full time rolesn

n7. Compliance & Documentation
n
n
Ensure all placement-related documentation is maintainedn
Follow institutional policies and reporting standardsn
