Role Summary:

The Assistant Manager Product Management shall support the Bath & Kitchen category in driving product lifecycle management. The role will be responsible for supporting current product development initiatives, coordinating product launch activities, ensuring cross-functional alignment, monitoring project execution, gathering market insights, managing product documentation, supporting supply readiness, and developing marketing and launch collateral to enable successful commercialization and category growth.

Roles and Responsibility:

Product Development & Current Product Launches
Support end-to-end execution of Current Product Development (NPD) projects from ideation to commercialization.
Coordinate Stage Gate deliverables and ensure timely closure of actions across functions.
Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalate delays to ensure successful launch execution.
Work closely with Design, R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance and Supply Chain teams during product development.
Assist in preparation of business cases,



product requirement documents, product specifications and launch proposals.

Business Planning & Cross-functional Coordination
Manage review schedules, documentation, meeting minutes and action trackers.
Ensure readiness of deliverables for Gate Reviews as per organizational NPD process.
Drive alignment among Procurement, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing and Sales teams for project execution.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of agreed actions.

Supply & Procurement Coordination
Coordinate with Procurement teams for supplier onboarding, sourcing activities and supply readiness.
Monitor material availability and support smooth transition from development to commercial production.
Track critical components and support risk mitigation plans to avoid launch disruptions.
