As we scale globally, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Product to lead product strategy, execution, and innovation across the Lifrica ecosystem.
Position Summary
The Head of Product will be responsible for defining and executing Lifrica's end-to-end product strategy.
This executive role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and executive leadership.
The successful candidate will build and lead the product organisation, establish product governance, create scalable product development processes, and deliver customer-centric products that support Lifrica's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
Define and maintain Lifrica's long-term product vision.
Develop and manage the multi-year product roadmap.
Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
Align product strategy with the company's commercial and international expansion objectives.
Own and drive product portfolio prioritisation, making strategic trade-offs across competing initiatives and resource constraints, while ensuring solid ali
