Role & responsibilities
Source candidates through field visits, local networks, references, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
Visit local markets , communities, colleges, and other potential candidate locations for recruitment.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
Maintain a database of candidates and update recruitment records regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team for candidate onboarding.
Build solid relationships with local communities and candidate networks.
Ensure candidates complete required documentation and joining formalities.
Track candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
