About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, customers, and other business partners while achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth within the allocated territory.
Develop and maintain a robust network of dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
Identify and develop current business opportunities and expand market reach.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and generate sales.
Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors as per business requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.




Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, competitor information, and business updates.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
Plan and execute strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
Take ownership of the assigned territory and ensure sustainable business growth.
