Work on IFRS and Finance-related projects.
Understand what the Finance team needs.
Convert Finance requirements into system and process requirements.
Find out what changes are needed in processes, systems, data and reports.
Work with Finance, Accounting, Data and IT teams.
Support testing and UAT.
Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
Business Analyst experience in Finance/Accounting in Banking or Financial Services experience.
Positive exp of IFRS and financial reporting.
Experience in requirement gathering and process mapping.
Experience in gap analysis and impact assessment.
Experience in UAT testing (preferred, not mandated)
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
JD = IFRS + Business Analyst + Financial Reporting ( shoud be in current or previously (not too old exp) In Bank / Financial Sector)
