Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Developer with strong hands-on experience in Rust and Tauri to design, develop, and maintain high-performance desktop applications. The ideal candidate should have solid software development fundamentals and experience building applications using the Tauri framework with Rust and up-to-date frontend technologies.

Must-Have Technical Skills
6+ years of software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Rust
Robust experience with Tauri / Tauri 2.x
Experience building desktop applications using Tauri
Robust understanding of Rust ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, concurrency, and error handling
Experience integrating Rust backend with frontend applications




Valuable knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
Strong understanding of Git and version control
Good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Positive to Have
Experience with Tauri plugins and native OS integrations
Experience with SQLite or other local databases
Knowledge of Tokio / async Rust
Experience with IPC between frontend and Rust backend
Experience with desktop application security
Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD
Experience with Windows/macOS/Linux desktop applications
Familiarity with application packaging, signing, and deployment
