Job Description:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement of electrical, solar, and infrastructure project materials for our EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of electrical/solar materials, vendor sourcing capabilities, and commercial negotiation skills, along with the ability to build and manage a reliable vendor network across India.

Responsibilities:
Procure materials for Electrical EPC and Renewable Energy projects, including HT/LT cables, panels, transformers, switchgear, and solar modules




Float RFQs and obtain competitive quotations from vendors
Prepare comparative statements and techno-commercial evaluations
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and warranties
Develop and onboard recent vendors and OEMs
Manage purchase orders from release until delivery
Coordinate with project, design, stores, and accounts teams

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in Electrical, Solar, or EPC industries
Good knowledge of electrical/solar materials and market trends
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and comparative statement preparation
Good communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
