Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and train them for interviews.
Assist with employee onboarding and preparation of joining documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance, leave, and other HR administrative activities.
Assist in preparing HR reports, documents, and presentations.
Help organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and meetings.
Respond to basic employee queries and direct complex issues to the appropriate HR team member.
Assist with maintaining confidentiality of employee and company information.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
