About the Role

Ignitic Ideas is looking for a creative
Motion Graphic Designer
who is equally comfortable with
motion graphics and graphic design
.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a brief and independently create both
animated/video content and high-quality static creatives
for brands, campaigns and social media.

Key Responsibilities
Create AI-generated videos, AI-based visual content and seamless transition videos
Understand beat synchronization and edit videos in sync with music/audio
Create engaging
motion graphics, animations, reels and short-form videos
Design
static social media creatives, carousels, banners and campaign creatives
Develop visual concepts and execute them from idea to final output
Work on typography, layouts, compositions, transitions and visual storytelling
Create creatives for different digital platforms and formats
Maintain brand consistency across all designs
Collaborate with creative,



content and digital marketing teams
Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in
motion graphics and graphic design
Strong command of
After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
Robust understanding of graphic design fundamentals
Valuable eye for
composition, typography, colour and visual hierarchy
Good understanding of motion, transitions and visual storytelling
Ability to create both
static and motion-based creatives independently
Solid portfolio/showreel demonstrating
both graphic design and motion work
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good to Have
3D animation/design skills
Blender or Cinema 4D
Video editing experience
Experience working with brands and social media campaigns
