Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
3–6 years of experience in customer service, customer care, or a similar role.
Previous experience managing or supervising a customer service team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-handling and conflict-resolution abilities.
