Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to speak politely and professionally with customers
Basic knowledge of customer support and handling queries
Comfortable with WhatsApp, calls, and order updates
Responsible, sincere, and quick at responding

Customer handling for a women’s wear fashion brand
Assisting customers with orders, exchanges, delivery updates, and general queries
Preferred:
Prior experience in customer support/customer care
Interest in fashion and women’s clothing
