Insurance Agency Development Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard recent insurance agents.
Identify potential candidates and build a strong agent network.
Explain company products, policies, and business prospects to prospective agents.
Provide guidance and support to agents to help them generate business.
Procure insurance policies through recruited agents and direct customer interactions.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with agents and customers.
Follow up with agents and customers to achieve business targets.
Monitor agent performance and provide regular support.
Maintain records of agent recruitment and policy business.
Assist in achieving assigned sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and customer support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Experience: Minimum 2 years
Education: Graduate
