We are looking for a seasoned leader to head the Non-Motor Claims function, drive operational excellence, strengthen claims governance, and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities –
Lead end-to-end Non-Motor Claims operations across Commercial Insurance portfolios, including Property, Fire & Engineering, Marine, Liability, and other non-motor products.
Manage complex and high-value claims, ensuring timely assessment, settlement, compliance, and effective resolution of escalations.
Lead claims teams, drive performance, improve TAT,



productivity, claims quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Manage relationships with surveyors, investigators, TPAs, legal partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders across underwriting, finance, legal, reinsurance, and distribution.
Drive claims analytics, governance, fraud/leakage control, process improvement, automation, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements –
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
15+ years of overall experience in General Insurance, with strong leadership experience in Non-Motor / Commercial Claims.
Robust exposure to Commercial Insurance claims, particularly Property, Fire & Engineering, Marine, Liability, and other Non-Motor lines.
Proven experience in managing large claims portfolios, complex claims, teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
