JOB DESCRIPTION – INFLUENCER MANAGER

Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Day Rotational Off

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Influencer Manager to manage influencer collaborations, build strong creator relationships, and drive brand awareness and engagement for our dermatology clinic and skincare products.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Negotiate collaborations, deliverables, commercials, and timelines.
Coordinate with influencers for shoots, content creation, and campaign execution.
Ensure content aligns with the company's brand image and guidelines.
Track campaign performance, reach, engagement, leads, and ROI.
Maintain an updated database of influencers and campaign records.




Monitor social media trends and identify recent collaboration opportunities.
Coordinate with the Content, Marketing, and Creative teams for campaign execution.
Prepare regular campaign reports and performance updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
Solid knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Valuable understanding of influencer analytics and campaign performance.
Creative, organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
Experience in the beauty, skincare, dermatology, healthcare, or lifestyle industry will be an advantage.
