The brand is focused on building a robust national presence by combining Indian craftsmanship, contemporary design and a contemporary omnichannel customer experience.

Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head – Brand & Marketing to lead the overall brand development and marketing function for Jaipur Kurti.

The role will be responsible for building strong brand positioning, increasing consumer awareness and engagement, and driving business growth across Retail, D2C, Marketplaces, Digital, Social Media, Events and Offline Marketing.





The ideal candidate should be someone who has built or significantly scaled a fashion, retail, lifestyle or D2C brand and can independently manage internal teams, external agencies, campaigns, activations and marketing budgets.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
Develop and strengthen Jaipur Kurti’s overall brand positioning and identity.
Create and execute the annual Brand & Marketing Calendar.
Ensure consistent brand communication across digital, retail and offline touchpoints.
Develop campaigns around recent collections, festivals, occasions and key commercial periods.
Drive initiatives to improve brand awareness, recall and consideration.
Identify new opportunities to strengthen the brand’s national presence.
Integrated Marketing Strategy
Develop integrated digital + offline + retail marketing strategies.
Plan monthly and quarterly campaigns aligned with business objectives.
