Roles & Responsibilities
Manage site execution and ensure timely completion within budget, quality and safety standards.
Plan and supervise civil construction activities, including earthwork, excavation, foundations, RCC and finishing works.
Monitor project planning, scheduling and daily progress against targets.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and project teams for smooth execution.
Check drawings, quantities, measurements and quality as per project specifications.
Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure productive utilization of manpower, materials and machinery.
