Role Description
The Eye Hospital Center Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient, patient-focused service at the New Delhi facility. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising clinical and non-clinical staff, managing schedules,



and coordinating patient flow to maintain high standards of care and safety. The Center Manager monitors administrative processes, manages budgets, supports procurement, and ensures compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality protocols. The role involves resolving patient concerns, maintaining robust relationships with doctors and partner organizations, and supporting initiatives that improve operational performance and patient experience. The Center Manager also contributes to reporting, data-driven decision-making, and implementation of best practices across the hospital.
