Key Responsibilities
Check patient vital signs like blood pressure and temperature.
Give medicines, IV fluids, and treatments as ordered by doctors.
Create and update patient care plans.
Help doctors during medical tests and procedures.
Clean wounds and change dressings.
Write down patient progress and care notes.
Teach patients and families about home care and disease prevention. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Required Skills & Qualifications
Valid nursing license or registration (RN).
Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc / GNM).
Positive communication and active listening skills.
Solid patience and emotional control for high-stress situations.
Ability to work long shifts and irregular hours
