We are looking for a
smart, highly driven and hands-on individual
to work directly with the Founder of a growing business.
This is
not a traditional Executive Assistant role
. You will be involved in everything from
business development, sales and client follow-ups to website management, research, operations and new business initiatives
.
The role will constantly evolve, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and
figuring things out independently
.
What You'll Do
Work closely with the Founder on day-to-day business priorities
Identify and pursue new business and sales prospects
Manage client communication and persistent follow-ups
Research potential clients, markets, products and opportunities
Take ownership of projects and ensure they get completed
Step in wherever needed to help move the business forward
What We're Looking For
1–5 years of experience
, preferably in a startup, entrepreneurial or fast-paced environment
Excellent
spoken and written English
Extremely
hardworking, proactive and organised
Solid communication and follow-up skills
Positive working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides and common digital tools
A
“get it done” attitude
and strong attention to detail
Most importantly
We are looking for someone who doesn't think
“that's not my job.”
Some days you'll be working on sales, some days on the website, some days speaking to clients, and some days solving a completely unexpected problem.
