We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle student enquiries and support the admissions team.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with prospective students.
Explain courses, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Maintain enquiry and follow-up records.
Coordinate campus visits and counselling sessions.
Work towards admission conversion targets.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English & Malayalam.
Any graduate can apply.
Confident and friendly communication style.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Previous telecalling/admissions experience is an advantage.
