To lead the Clinical therapy function at the Sukino centre and ensure high-quality, patient-centric rehabilitation services. The role will be responsible for therapy assessment and planning, patient outcomes, team supervision, clinical documentation and coordination with the multidisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the therapy team at the centre.
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised therapy and rehabilitation plans.
Provide and oversee therapy interventions for neurological, orthopaedic, geriatric, post-operative, traumatic and other rehabilitation cases.
Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans based on clinical outcomes.
Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation, assessment reports and progress notes.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists,
nutritionists and other clinical teams for comprehensive patient care.
Conduct regular case discussions and review patient progress with the multidisciplinary team.
Guide, mentor and support junior therapists in clinical and career development.
Monitor therapy schedules, patient coverage and therapist utilisation.
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards and quality practices.
Counsel patients and attendants regarding therapy plans, rehabilitation goals, expected outcomes and progress.
Participate in clinical audits, training programs and quality-improvement initiatives.
