Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiters to join our hospitality team. Multiple positions are available. Candidates with prior experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, resorts, or similar establishments are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests in a qualified and courteous manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly.
Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness.
Attend to customer requests and provide excellent service.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
Follow company service standards and procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Waiter or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also be considered.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
