We are looking for a reliable and responsible Collections Executive to manage payment collection and follow-ups with customers and business parties.

This is primarily a field-based position and will involve regular travel to customers and business locations.

Key Responsibilities
Visit customers and business parties to collect outstanding payments
Follow up on pending and overdue payments
Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules and commitments
Collect cheques and other payment-related documents
Deposit cheques/payments with banks when required
Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding amounts
Provide regular updates to management regarding pending payments
Coordinate with the accounts team to reconcile collections
Build and maintain qualified relationships with customers
Travel within Ludhiana, across Punjab, and nearby areas as required for collections
Handle collection-related documents and receipts responsibly

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
