Treasury & Banking Operations
Prepare bank letters and correspondence for farmers, vendors, labour and other stakeholders.
Handle bank visits, submission and collection of DDs, FDRs, cheque books, bank statements, gratuity and other Treasury documents.
Prepare and monitor Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) for HO, 6 Branch Accounts and Loan Accounts, including closure of pending reconciliation items.
Coordinate foreign currency arrangements and purchase formalities with banks/currency providers and internal teams.
Perform Bank Account & PAN API verification for farmers, vendors, labour and other beneficiaries.
Handle Credit Card accounting and reconciliation, including follow-up for discrepancies.
Process Treasury-related JV entries, including electricity and other assigned expenses.
Identify and process vendor reference adjustments and ensure correct accounting/mapping.
Maintain systematic filing,



documentation and protected custody of Treasury and banking records.
Coordinate with banks, Accounts, Branches and concerned teams for timely closure of banking and Treasury requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience in Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and resolution of reconciliation differences.
Working knowledge of banking operations
bank documentation and bank correspondence.
Valuable documentation

Education Qualification
Chartered Accountant - Intermediate Course
Chartered Accountant - Final
Any Graduate
