About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, increase student admissions, build partnerships, and expand Hostelwala’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Generate recent business opportunities through corporate, college, student, and local partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, colleges, agents, and other business partners.
Identify current markets and opportunities for Hostelwala’s accommodation and related services.
Lead and support the sales/admission team to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue performance.
Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
Plan and execute promotional activities and local business development initiatives.
Prepare regular business development and sales performance reports.
Coordinate with the operations and management teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.




Achieve monthly admission, occupancy, and revenue targets.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, real estate, hospitality, education, student accommodation, or a related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Positive knowledge of the local market.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Candidates with experience in hostel, PG, student accommodation, hospitality, or education sales will be preferred.
