 Good written and verbal communication

 Able to handle Inbound & Outbound call.
 Knowledge Dispute Management
 Good understanding on Account Reconciliation
 Understanding on Credit Management along with task which includes - Credit Limit Review , Refunds, Order Management.
 Adaptable with night shift.
