Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid programming skills, expertise in machine learning frameworks, and experience working with real-world AI/ML applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and solutions.
Build and optimize machine learning pipelines for data processing, training, and inference.
Develop predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
Work with Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, or computer vision based solutions as required.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
Deploy ML models into production environments and monitor their performance.
Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring,



and lifecycle management.
Troubleshoot model and production issues and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML Engineering or Machine Learning.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
Robust understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts.
Experience with SQL and data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
Experience building and deploying ML models in production.
Knowledge of REST APIs, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of MLOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
