Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, address queries, and maintain professional relationships.
Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to evaluate opportunities, understand trends, and support data-informed decisions.
Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and training operations.




Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with effective time management and self-organization.
Previous experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in education, training, or related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with CRM tools, basic office software, and online communication platforms is an advantage.
