We are looking for a Training & Development Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee training programs. The role will involve coordinating training schedules, maintaining training records, preparing training materials, tracking employee progress and assessments, collecting feedback, and ensuring timely completion of training programs. The candidate should have valuable communication, coordination, documentation, and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to work closely with HR and department teams.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
