Job Description

Labonel Fine Baking is looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage guest interactions and ensure a warm, professional experience at our outlet.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers courteously at the front desk
Handle customer inquiries, walk-ins, and phone calls efficiently
Coordinate with store, kitchen, and delivery teams
Manage billing support, order tracking, and basic POS operations
Maintain front office records and daily reports
Ensure a neat, welcoming, and organized front office area
Handle customer feedback and resolve basic issues professionally

Required Skills & Competencies




Excellent verbal communication skills (English mandatory; local language preferred)
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, POS systems)
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced setting
Professional grooming and interpersonal skills

Preferred Profile
Experience in bakery, café, hotel, or retail hospitality
Immediate or short notice period preferred
