What to expect:
Lead Tablet Production operations and achieve planned production targets.

Ensure GMP/cGMP compliance, documentation, BMR/BPR, and quality standards.

Manage manpower, materials, production planning, and process optimization.

Drive productivity, capacity improvement, cost-saving, and CAPEX/OPEX initiatives.

Coordinate with QA, IPQA, Warehouse, and other departments for smooth operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Solid knowledge of Tablet manufacturing and GMP/cGMP.

Leadership and manpower management skills.

Production planning and process optimization.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of SAP and production documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:
B. Pharm / M. Pharm.

12–15 years of experience in Tablet & Capsule manufacturing.

Experience in a reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing organization.

Experience in handling Tablet Production as a Manager/Department Head.
