Role & responsibilities
Capture the details properly in the system.
Should follow the instructions as mentioned in the process manual
Self-learning skills
Deliver the goals and targets as per defined KPIs
Follow the companys policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager.




Should have a min typing speed of 25 wpm with 90% accuracy
Basic computer knowledge required
Ability of self-learning on live job
Eye for Details
Versatile with 24*7 working workplace.
Active reading/listening skills.
Analytical and logical interpretation skills
Excellent communication Skills verbal & written (Neutral English).
Should be team player, self-motivated, uses initiative and problem solver
Possess analytical skills, team-oriented and results driven
