Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong industry relationships, influencing specifications, and securing high-value commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project sales and a robust network within the architecture, interior design, contractor, builder, and corporate procurement community.

Key Responsibilities





Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop recent business opportunities through market mapping, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
Generate leads from architects, interior designers, contractors, PMC consultants, builders, corporate clients, and institutional customers.
Build a strong project pipeline and convert opportunities into successful business closures.

Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, facility management companies, and procurement teams.
Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and specification meetings.
Influence key stakeholders during the product specification and project planning stages.

Project Sales & Closures
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and project quotations.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
