Funrider's Leisure & Amusement Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing candidates to onboarding — while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating closely with department heads
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates at every stage of the hiring process
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Assist HR Manager to attentance and salary preparation
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to source for multiple open roles simultaneously
Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment tracking tools (ATS)
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
